DIRECT MAIL - XMAS CARD "Tis the Season to Get FREE Play."

Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la. Today, I feel like singing. That's because I just got a holiday card in the mail from my Casino with $50 in FREE Play inside. Every year I get a card. And every year they give me something back just for playing there.

    Explain distinct competitive advantage:
Santa Ana Star Casino still remains one of the only Casino’s in the state which allows Guests the choice of redemption date. Our tiered rewards system is designed to reward all players based on multiple factors. By looking at factors other than theoretical win, we are able to design this promotion around the actual playing habits of our Guests and are able to reward them according to play.

    Other measurable Results:
Santa Ana Star experienced over an 85% redemption on this promotional event. Carded coin-in for this month was 75% of all coin-in which is directly related to the redemption of this card.
